"Eric & Allen designed and built a beautiful, waterproof deck with a cedar handrail on the second-story of our old (1908) bungalow. They replaced the upstairs windows with french doors, integrating them perfectly with the deck and siding. Other contractors said that the project couldn't be done. The attention to detail, integrity, quality of work, and value were all excellent. Highly recommended."

"The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project as planned. Final project turned out great. They cleaned everything behind them. I highly recommend them."

Earthquake Protection - Retrofit, Earthquake Protection - Retrofit, Foundation Repair
"Prior to contacting Secure Seismic we had two other contractors out to bid for an earthquake retrofit of our 1968 home. The best know contractor estimated $20,000 to bolt the foundation to several 21 foot sections of plywood to create "shear walls". When our general contractor heard of this he took out the home's original plans and identified 10" bolts already connecting the foundation to the frame. Secure Seismic verified the existence of these bolts every four feet along the perimeter. Secure Seismic said that, were they to retrofit, it would be to approximately the standard of the origin construction. They agreed to secure an exterior porch and deck that the pricey contractor refused to touch. Secure Seismic's work was excellent and saved us $18,500 while protecting the porch and deck. Can't beat this company. Don't let fear lead you into paying large sums for unnecessary work."

"This website wont let me specify what was actually done - it was far more than an inspection. The crew jackhammered out a section of basement floor, installed a drain pipe and sump pump, special channel and a kind of vinyl wall covering to direct any wall seepage to the drain and then the sump pump. They had to install a discharge line and connect it with my exterior downspout drain system. I am not a perfectionist, but I have very high standards. I learned not to take the lowest bid, but go with the company that most seemed to know what they were doing, had great reviews, and weren't trying to talk me into more than I needed. I was 100% completely satisfied with Upfront Construction. They are reliable, trustworthy, and do excellent work. Zezar was so smart and really knew his stuff; inspected the job, taught me the pros and cons of various choices, and was in regular contact with the crew, even coming back to consult with the crew so the discharge line connected to the exterior drain line seamlessly. The crew headed by Lucas, and ably assisted by Joe and Gus were outstanding. Professional, hard working, genuinely pleasant to interact with, and left the house spotless every day of a three day job. Last but not least, Melinda was excellent in her communications, paperwork, all that, which I truly appreciated, it isn't always like that. I highly recommend Upfront Construction, they can do many more things than the work I needed done, and I plan on hiring them again as I continue [slowly] renovating a 97 year old house. The best!"

"Daniel was awesome to work with. He came out and provided a solid estimate in a timely fashion. We had an unexpected sprinkler line that was in the middle of our excavation area and he took care of that. He also provided the materials for a retaining wall that we hadn't initially planned for, and he added that to the project scope without issue. I will definitely reach out to Daniel if we have another project like this one."
