"A sales rep came out to give an estimate. The actual work was done by two crews of 2 men each. Both crews were on time, worked well as teams, got right to work and worked until the work assigned was completed. The crews are pleasant, personable, very respectful of my property, and answered my questions patiently."

Comment: One and a half story end-unit townhome located at 1024 Kingston Grove Dr. in Cary, NC was constructed on a concrete slab-on grade foundation in late 2006. Foundation settling has occurred creating cracks and separation of drywall and flooring. A crack in the foundation begins to the right of the exterior side facing main entrance door threshold, and continues on the inside across the width of dwelling, including the foyer, the laundry room below the stairs, and the master bathroom. Additional foundation cracks are seen at the right rear corner of the house, at the rear of the house adjacent to the separate patio slab, and beginning at the entrance to the two car garage running along the expansion joint between the two bay sections to the rear foundation wall in the garage. We'd like to schedule an inspection and receive an estimate for installing piers and injecting filler to stabilize/level the foundation, and patching the remaining foundation cracks to allow re-installation of flooring.
