"This is a company I came across via Home Advisor after I had dismissed another a/c company from the job. Apparently, this is a company owned by 2 brothers, one of whom contacted me after I was looking for a 2nd a/c company twice within 48 hours. I was impressed with the way he conducted himself over the phone. All I had to go on was the information the previous a/c guy left me. As he was asking me information about my home in an effort to determine what kind of unit I had in order to give me an estimate, it became apparent there was a discrepancy between the information I was told by the previous company, and the information he was giving me. I was the only one who knew of the discrepancy. I did not tell him of the other a/c company. He spent 10 or 15 minutes on the phone with me answering my questions and explaining the process before I committed to a service call. I ended up having to replace my air conditioner, which cost $4900.00. The previous company gave me an estimate of $6,000-$10,000.00, and was using forms of high pressure sales strategies and sarcasm to make their point. I like this company. I like their professional demeanor. I like the way they own their own company, and value their reputation. These are not employees of a bigger company, on the clock. These are 2 hard working men, who operate with honesty and integrity, which is the reason I hired them to do the job."

"Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."
