I had a great experience with this company. I rent my home out in California and currently live in NC I was able to get a full AC unit replacement without having to travel. Super fast and efficient service, I got an estimate the same day I called. Mario helped me from start to finish he was professional and patient. I highly recommend Cool Pros for all HVAC needs.

I always had airflow issues in my house, I always thought it was normal, until I decided to reach out for help. Mario with CoolPros Heating and Air came out and gave me a free evaluation. He found most of my ducts had holes, and had major air leaks. I decided to replace with him for a great price he gave me. The quality of service and customer experience was beyond my expectations. Working with CoolPros to have my full system replacement was great! The owner and all the employees are very well mannered and skilled. They have meticulous attention to detail in their installs, making sure everything looks beautiful and works perfectly when they are done. Iâ d say the bang for the buck was great. Working with small businesses is sometimes scary, especially if they are somewhat newer, however they have been in the HVAC business for 30 years and it really shows in their workmanship. They are also quite fair with the pricing and donâ t try to rip you off like some of the bigger companies. Overall, I had a great experience with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a high quality install with quality parts!

Mario and his crew did an amazing job for my family. His prices are amazing with today times. Most companies want to charge over $20k for the same system I got with him. It's also the same warranty.
