"We had recently purchased a new home and the AC went out very late one evening, so we immediately contacted Aults Cooling HVAC Services. Jeff immediately set the expectation that he would come and take a look that evening, however explained that his initial visit would be a diagnostic, so no guarantee that he would be able to resolve the issue until he determines the issue. Jeff is clearly very knowledgeable, as he was able to evaluate, troubleshoot, and diagnose the issue which happed to be a faulty part relatively quickly by thoroughly evaluating our system. He showed me the faulty part, explained what caused it to become defective, and how to avoid any issues moving forward. Then to my surprise he actually had a replacement part on his truck, which he quoted me the price, and resolved the issue and replaced the part is a very timely manner all at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend Aults Cooling HVAC Services and Jeff enough, he takes great pride in his work and it shows in the way he treats you and your HVAC needs. He not only kept us cool, but he is also as cool as the other side of the pillow!!"

He dealt with us so honestly and professionally (my 2 units were 19 years old, but he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't absolutely need done), that I asked for a quote to replace both units (2.5 & 4.0 tons). Their price to replace everything inside and out for both units was well below the 2 quotes I had already received from 2 other companies. Once I agreed to go with AC Experts, he made arrangements to do the install on the following Monday (5/11/2015). The installers (Gariche & Tim) showed up at the scheduled time and worked thru the day without stopping. Throughout the day they were courteous, friendly, very busy. They completed the install, and had everything cleaned up and had showed us how to use the new systems by 5pm that day. I have never experienced their level of competency, honesty, professionalism, and follow up from any other A/C company I have had dealings with in the past. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AC EXPERTS TO ANYONE NEEDING ANY A/C SERVICES!."
