Michael is an increasingly rare example of a tradesman who recommends what you *actually* need â even if what you *think* you need would make him a lot more money. During his first visit, he spent almost an hour inspecting every aspect of our HVAC system and asking what issues we were noticing. He explained that replacing our existing equipment wouldnâ t solve the issue because our 70-year-old house was never designed for central HVAC in the first place. He instead recommended a mini-split setup in the area of the house that doesnâ t heat or cool well. The resulting work was less than half the cost of replacing our entire system â which was what I originally called him to price out. He worked quickly, did everything he said he would, always showed up on schedule, and took extra time to ensure his work looked good inside and out. He was transparent about his pricing, and the final bill matched his initial estimate exactly. In short, heâ s one of the best HVAC pros Iâ ve worked with. And he has my highest recommendation.
