"Furnace stopped working on a cold December day. They responded and showed up within minutes of us submitting it on Homeadvisor. Brent took his time doing a full inspection and explained the issues he found. He explained the various problems with the old furnace. We were provided with cost of repairing vs replacing. With the information we received we decided to purchase a new one. Fair negotiation and same day install. Very pleased with the professional service we experienced as first time customers."
