"You can't go wrong hiring Foundation Support Specialists. They proved themselves to be true professionals before and after the sale. Brian did an amazing job of walking me through the process. Project Managers, Josh and David, did a wonderful job communicating with me during the installation. The guys did a great job cleaning up my house. If I had questions I could always reach Josh on his phone. These guys showed up and got the job done. During the routine follow up when the job was done I mentioned to Richard that I wanted some dirt moved. The next day guys showed up and took care of my request. Even after the bill is paid the customer service didn't stop. FSS proved they were committed to my repair until every detail was finished. There are a lot of foundation repair companies, I chose the right one. I would hire them again, but I won't need to. My house is not going to move again. I love the galvanized piers!"

"I hired Cedar Valley Construction to install medicine cabinets in two bathrooms in my home. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. James managed to schedule my job within hours of my online request. He let me know who would be arriving and their ETA. Eric arrived within the appointment window and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional - emphasis on the last two. (He didn't have an attitude or look like he didn't want to be at work that day. He actually had a smile on his face when I opened the door. That really set the mood for a positive experience.) Eric assessed my job, shared his approach, asked for my approval to start, and completed installing the medicine cabinets in a timely manner. He even asked me if there was anything else I needed done. I said yes, and he gladly installed a towel rack in one of the bathrooms. I received a follow-up call the day after, asking me if things had been done to my satisfaction. The bottom line for me is, it's hard to find good customer service these days. I've worked with countless contractors over the years as a realtor, where I later regretted hiring them due to poor customer service, although the work had been done up to par. However, I was very surprised by Cedar Valley's high level of service. Also, the pricing was very reasonable (less than I had budgeted). But again, I was mainly concerned with the overall experience: know-how/skill and good customer service. I was fortunate to get both this time.
