"Justin by chance as he was in the area working that day was able to provide the inspection the same day it was ordered but dont expect that we just got lucky. His fees are reasonable and his turn around on report very timely. His report was super detailed with recommendations on repairs unlike what some of my other interviews of engineers said they would provide. Most said they would write up a paragraph. His was almost 2 pages not that all are like that but super impressed with his knowledge and detail. I highly recommend hiring him.  Please file his information for future reference."
