He was also very willing to go back to the drawing board to consider a different way of proceding when I asked him even though he had already spent time giving me an estimate based on the initial request. I really wanted to save the old door and not replace it with an ugly steel one. The other contractors wouldn't even consider what would be involved with doing it that way. Mr. Ratliff made changes that resulted in my door being even more beautiful than I had hoped."

We hired them back in Feb 2013 to both install wood flooring on our second level and assess the need to replace the wood floors on 1st Level. Wesley and Marcos are truly honest people. They advised us not to spend the money for a new install on the first floor at this time as the wear on the floor was uneven and the heavy areas would be fine with a refinish.
