"Reliable Property Solutions LLC is an excellent company. We had a major home renovation completed at a very reasonable cost. The renovation included every room in our home from the attic to the basement. We were able to have our 1st floor change to the open concept, and a powder room was also added to our 1st floor layout. A fourth bedroom was installed in our renovated basement. Believe me every inch of our home was renovated. There was not a room that did not receive some type of renovation. It s just like we re living in a brand new home. From the start to the finish we experience outstanding professionalism and excellent customer service that went beyond our expectation. Our needs for this major renovation was thoroughly discussed which included the design, construction, a detailed breakdown cost of labor and materials. All questions were thoroughly answered. Our newly renovated home is gorgeous and breathtaking. We have received so many compliments from people who have visit or seen pictures of our home. "The category is not there that I need to select from, it was a sliding patio glass door that had shattered but didnâ Â Â t fall out. Long story short after he measured, sent me an estimate; we kept in touch when it would be in; we connected with a date to install; he was very professional, cleaned up behind himself. I will recommend him to anyone that has a sliding glass door or a window issue that is his specialty very reasonable on price.
