We hired them to install wood floors in our Ellicott City house. They were professional and followed through with the project from beginning to the completion of the project. There was a problem (not their fault) that impacted the install and they came up with an efficient cost effective solution. Simply put, they went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction and went over and above to get the job done on budget and within time parameters. I highly recommend BR Flooring for wood floor installation. It's what they do and they do it well.

Worst experience with a contractor EVER. My floor looks terrible. First, what they proposed apparently wasn't possible (laying flooring over existing tile) but by the time they figured this out, it was too late and my frond door had been cut to accommodate the height. Secondly, after install, the floor began to permanently separate in spots. B R would not admit this was an install issue. They tried to blame the flooring, manufacturer and even my cabinet installers (they claimed the cabinets were nailed to the floor....they were not). Turns out they ignored the instructions from the manufacturer (that I sent them ahead of time) to get the floor acclimated to the climate here after shipping. The would not come to fix this issue and I STILL ended up paying full price to lose resale value in my home. I would NEVER hire these guys again nor recommend them to anyone.

It was very easy to communicate with BR given they respond well to emails and phone calls alike. Both representatives that came to my house for estimation and the actual work were prompt and professional.

Super Job. Cheaper and better than their competitors. Great customer service. I would recommend them to others and hire them again if I had another job for them. We have had lots of complements on their work, from our guests. We couldn't be happier with them.

This company is fantastic. They take pride in their work and truly understand what customer satisfaction means. We hired them back in Feb 2013 to both install wood flooring on our second level and assess the need to replace the wood floors on 1st Level. Wesley and Marcos are truly honest people. They advised us not to spend the money for a new install on the first floor at this time as the wear on the floor was uneven and the heavy areas would be fine with a refinish. We are glad we hired them to both jobs. The work was timely with minimal disruption to the family and the clean up was excellent. We hope they stay in business as we will hire them for all our flooring jobs!

Not only the wood floors look great, the costumer service was excellent. The workers were very respectful of my home while I was at a hotel and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. We have security cameras at the house and we were very happy to see that they were working and not wasting time as some other companies may have.
