We brought in Modernyze for a room addition, covered patio and a complete backyard transformation ? and the results blew us away. Tim has a gift for taking your ideas and turning them into something even better than you pictured. The addition is seamless with the rest of the house, you'd never know it wasn't part of the original build. And our backyard went from completely unused space to our favorite part of the home. Outdoor kitchen, new hardscape, lighting ? the whole nine. What made the biggest difference was how well Tim managed the entire scope. Two major projects running at once could have been a nightmare but his team kept everything organized and on track. The craftsmanship is next level. We basically live outside now. If you're thinking about a big project, don't waste your time with anyone else.
