I am very glad I made the decision to do a professional home inspection on a property several thousand miles away from where I currently reside. This is a property I was considering for purchase as a potential rental property. Michael was one of several persons I interviewed before making a decision as to whom to have do the inspection. Honestly, all were professional and informative. I chose Michael due to his many years of experience and specific knowledge of the type of structure I was considering, a double wide mobile home on a private lot. During the initial interview, Michael spent a good amount of quality time talking with me about the property and what to expect from an inspection. He was able to set me up with an appointment the following week and go out to the property. The owners of the property were present and made it easy for Michael to do his job thoroughly. Two days following the inspection, I received via email an extensive written report that included photographs and even a short video piece. I was very impressed by the thoroughness and professional presentation. There were many things revealed in the inspection that I would not have necessarily seen if I depended on my own observations and limited experience. Two days following the receipt of the report, Michael and I spoke by phone and he gave me a tremendous amount of his time, not only walking through the report, but including subtle nuances that really can only be appreciated by having a conversation, regardless of how good a written report might be. After many years in the business, Michael still projects a very positive and enthusiastic appreciation for his profession and it comes through clearly when discussing things in general and my home inspection specifically. I highly recommend Michael and Wake Forest should you be looking for a sincere and professional home inspector. You will not be disappointed and you will get a very good picture of the property you have inspected, making it far easier to determine the status of the property you are evaluating. Michael and Matt did a very thorough inspection of my townhouse and uncovered some items that I was not aware of. They were quite knowledgeable about everything, very nice, and actually made the inspection enjoyable.

Matt did a great job when he came to inspect my home. He checked every single item of the house that an inspector is suppose to check, like quality of the roof, vinyl siding, exterior walls, all the electrical on the inside and also landyard. I requested home inspection for both pre-drywall and just before closing. The inspectors took about 3-3.5hrs to complete the inspection. Both of them were very thorough, and explained all the house details and identified issues during entire process. After the inspection, detailed report was given within a day with all the highlighted issues. Report really made it easy to explain all the issues to builder.
