Reviews
Write a ReviewGreat company with really good customer service. The project was a little more expensive than I was expecting, but I also think that’s because of the amount of chemicals required. The team was very punctual, informative, and generally great to work with. They were able to fix my green pool quicker than I expected!
I used Turners Pool last year and this year for opening, 3 years ago for closing and a repair. I won't use them again. When I called last year for opening, I specifically asked if they cleaned the pool cover. They said they did. They didn't clean it well, I had to go over it, but they at least put it in the driveway and rinsed it off. This year when they got here, they said they don't clean the cover. They wanted to leave it folded at the end of the pool overnight and put it away the next day all wet. I finally got them to move the cover to the driveway where I could clean it and let it dry. After I cleaned it off my grandson and I folded it up and put it away. The BIGGEST PROBLEM was they turned on the filter before taking the plugs off the vents. Fortunately, I was out there when they did that and told them to turn off the filter so the plugs could be removed. I'm sure that caused some damage to the plumbing and pump. When I called about it, no apologies, just claimed when they close a pool they don't use the plugs. I was charged $578 for this, $400 for the opening and $178 for chemicals, 2 hours of work by their calculations. That included $70 for about a liter of No Phophate which I can get at Leslie's for $42 for 2 liters. Also they put about 20 lbs each of calcium and Alkalinity Up in the pool at the same time. The pool became a cloudy mess with a precipitate accumulating at the bottom of the pool. I spent the next two days vacuuming the mess out. I'm done with this company.
Very knowledgeable and pleasant. He vacuumed every single piece of dirt in my pool in 30 minutes. Tested the water and applied the needed chemicals and was finished in an hour. I was able to swim that day. He also cleaned out the entire filter system and reinstalled the grids.
I would hire them again in a minute , excellent customer service and excellent service.
The workers were very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job always. The Manager often stopped by during the job to assist and to make sure I was happy with the work.
Turners Pools is the only company I will use. The staff is so nice and they are always responsive and they do quality work. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with a pool!
