NEXT GENERATION HRDWD FLOORS

It was my good fortune to utilize the services of Next Generation Hardwood Floors in doing our hardwood repairs on our home recently. From the minute that JR Olsen walked in the door, I knew that he was our man. his knowledge and level of customer service were outstanding. He showed up on time and prepared and got the job done as promised. When an unexpected problem came up, JR promptly addressed the issue and explained what needed to be done. I highly recommend using Next Generation for your flooring needs and would not hesitate to give him my highest ratings.

I cannot say enough good things about working with JR. He was friendly, on time, and a great communicator. Other people quoted multiples more and didn't have a similar level of expertise. My floors are amazing with a detailed buff and recoat. My realtor asked if we had them completely redone and asked for JR's contact information.

JR was a star contractor. He called to discuss the project and then sent a thoughtful and reasonable bid. We had a very tight timeline and he came VERY quickly to get the job done. His work was of high quality and very fast. Completed in 1 day! He was personable, respectful of our home and very neat and clean. Such a genuine hard worker and we will hire him again ! Highly recommend to anyone. He know hardwood and has a love for his craft.

JR did an excellent job, he came five times for various tasks - and he was punctual every time. When he needed to reschedule - he would tell me well in time. His work quality is very good - I cannot tell my new floor from old though we had to use Brazilian Cherry instead of lyptus. He cleaned very well when he left - including final touch with wood color, hiding nail mark etc. I did like his price as well - best among the quotes I got. So he is dependable and good value for money.

JR is the most organized and efficient house contractor that I have ever worked with. My basement floors look great, there were no surprise costs, he showed up on time for every interaction we had and communicated well throughout the process.

I am selling my house and I was in a huge time crunch to get these hardwoods done. And by done I mean 25 years of wear and tear sanded off and resurfaced. JR not only reached out to me at 10:15 at night to get more details, but met me a day later and started the job Immediately. He promptly came back the next day and finished it all up and the hardwoods look amazing! There is no way I was going to beat his price going with anyone else… If only I had known about JR years ago! I included photos with a single coat and a double coat… I forgot to take a final picture with the third coat on, but I will add it to this review as soon as I do. But trust me, you could do your hair in these floors. They are so shiny and perfect looking.
