Work done to satisfaction

I put a request in on Angi's list around 7pm on a Saturday night. By 7:30 I had a phone call from Brad wanting to ask about what was happening and getting an estimate scheduled. Sunday morning Brad was out and his team was looking at the issue on my roof (leak around dormer). They were able to take a picture and show me the problem, quickly explain how to fix it, and provide a fair estimate. After all this, contacted them to perform the repair on Tuesday, they were able to come out that Saturday to complete the repair. Everything was just smooth and simple, would highly recommend anyone wanting a roofing company to utilize Brad and Alpine Roofing!

I am happy with the turnaround time on the work I requested but the communication was poor. I wasn't informed when they would be arriving to do the work or informed that they only accept checks for payment. So I ended up finding out from my wife they were over to repair the roof and then the day after the work I was sent an invoice asking me to mail a check. Communication should be better for a company seeking out business on this platform.

Fixed my leak on the spot. (Waiting for rain to be sure.
