Johnny on the spot, took my suggestions and improved on them, no nonsense straight to business. Installed 65ft of seamless gutters and 3 down spout for far less then 2 other estimates. In under 2 hours, just before the rain. I am so happy with G&K I've given them an open invitation to our family cookouts. Highly recommend them.

Do not use the is company. They installed our gutters. It rained an hour later and they started leaking immediately from the end caps and water getting between the gutters and facia boards. We immediately called and have continued to try and get them to come back as they promised. However after 3 months of continuous ghosting, and excuses we have no other choice but to find someone reputable to fix their mistakes.

Best price and didn’t use aggressive sales tactics like others. Used the same materials as some of the big companies.

Greg and his crew did a very poor job on my project. A part of the job blew off the first day. When I called to report the failure I never got a call back and he never corrected his mistakes, no contact at all. I had to hire another firm to correct his mistakes, so I had to pay twice. Do not ever use this firm, I would never recommend them for any honest work. I was ripped off by a pro hustler, beware!

He and his team arrived late in the afternoon and installed a line of seamless gutter. After the first rain storm one of the corners had a bad leak. I have been requesting that he return to repair this for over 3 weeks and he keeps telling me tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. I have texted and spoken with him and his salesperson, and still I cannot him to come back and fix the leak. He has a great personality and seems like a nice guy, but I cannot get him to fix the job he was paid to do.

They installed gutters around my entire home and then made a follow up visit to make sure everything was ok.. Totally satisfied with Greggs work ethic.. I highly recommend Greg and his crew. Some hard working men and women that make it happen!

Greg missed his calling as a car salesman. Slick talker but short on follow-through. Installed gutters and will not respond to all my gutters being scratched. Said it was poor aluminum due to Covid. Still no show. I offered $1000.00 to come to fix them and still no show. Done talking , done waiting. If you like being taken by a Local Jacksonville Home boy then Call Greg @ G&K Gutters. I am also contacting the Department of Labor, BBB, and possibly filing a suit. Done.....

Strongly recommend! Very satisfied with both estimate and installation process. Cheryl came the same day we talked. Install was within a week. Very responsive, good communication. Greg and his team were done in less than two hours. He provided great suggestions. They didn’t leave any mess, clean work.
