I would like to update my previous review. I was impressed by the process of designing my fence with 3D software and receiving my quote electronically. However, after that I did have a few issues. My project was delayed because the company did not mark correctly for PGE dig inspection. Also, there were a few hiccups during the installation process as far as what the fence would include. Additionally, the installer was switched on me and it took longer than expected to secure a date to build my fence. After these issues, the company reached out and did not bill me until I was satisfied. Overall, I ended up with a quality fence.

Smooth transaction, from start to finish! Had a fence installed using Ergeon and they just make everything easy. Our sales rep, Guy handled the quoting process and even researching building requirements for my city. Once we got a plan in place, Omar took care of running the project, including dealing with the city utilities for digging. His crew came out and knocked it out in one day. Nice looking fence, we're very happy. Price was reasonable as well. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future for a headache free process!

So many issues with this project! It was delayed because the company did not mark correctly for PGE dig inspection. They switched installers on me last minute. They also changed the price of the fence without my consent in the middle installation, which goes against their contract.
