They do an online quote, follow up with in person quote, and then schedule. It took about 2 weeks to complete the process due to the number of jobs they had to schedule. Work crew was amazing. Did a great job. They also decreased the quote when I let them know they replaced one less post. They are very responsive. Recommend!

I wish for experiences with other service companies that would be as stellar as my experience with Khadija Williams from Ergeon. Not only pleasant, but informative, thoughtful, and helpful. Khadija connected me with a Google Meet web conference and asked me to show her the damage so that she could properly assess the need. Easily one of the best calls with a service provider I've ever had.

Great, quick job. The team was in and out in about three hours. Cleaned up after themselves and offered a great suggestion for the job. Will definitely use again for fencing needs. Easy process.

I was very pleased with Ergeon and Hugo and the other people I dealt with there. My project had some hiccups due to the location of power lines, etc., but they were great and rescheduled and stayed in touch with me through the whole process. The installers did a great job as well! I am really pleased. I wanted a vinyl fence and they made that possible!!!

I needed a price quote (and potential follow-on work) for replacing a fence in Oxnard, California. The fence was blown over by the heavy winds of 19 November 2023 in Oxnard. I requested quotes from several different fence contractors. The price quote from Ergeon Fence (with related project development) - provided by Mark - was by far the most professional and reasonable of all responses. His support of the project actually deserves a ten-star rating!

Ergeon did a great job with fixing my fence. Initial consultation was easy and over video call and I got a better quote than some other companies. It was very easy to split costs with my neighbor and the consultants were very responsive to the questions we had over text. I was even able to adjust the height of the fence to match the front section. Once the work started it was completed in 2 days and everything was done perfectly.
