Remote sales and remote project management were ineffective. Provided me and installers with bad information and lesser materials. They ended up using some of my materials but still charged me for unacceptable material that was refused. Ergeon fell far short of expectations considering the high price. Would not recommend or use them again.

There were several issues. Gate installed swining the wrong way & handle not installed. Board that fit around rails was poorly cut. Both of these issues were fixed. Crew filled recycling & garbage can with construction related garbage. Water hoses used were not put back the way they found them. Communication with project manager was good. My fence looks good, disappointed that the crew wasn't more professional in their work. They came back and rectified all my issues.
