Ross Home Service did a phenomenal job on my patio and outdoor concert installation. I previously had a screener in patio that was extremely outdated and needed to be replaced. They demolished the old patio and installed the new one and a concrete walkway outside in less than 10 days. I’m very pleased with the work they did and how professional they are. They always checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the progress and swiftly addressed any questions I had. I would absolutely use them again for any service they provide.

Ross Home Services recently completed a full roof replacement on my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. From start to finish, Lino and his team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, workmanship, and dedication. The crew arrived early in the morning, ready to work, and despite the intense Georgia heat, they pushed through and completed what easily could’ve been a two-day job in just one day. Their preparation was meticulous, communication was clear throughout the entire process, and their execution was seamless. What really stood out was the attention to detail—not only in the roofing itself but also in the cleanup afterward. When they finished, it was as if they were never there—except now I have a beautiful, durable roof that gives me peace of mind. Lino was a pleasure to work with—responsive, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to customer satisfaction. I would gladly partner with him and his team again for any future home projects.

This is the second project. I?ve hired Ross home services to help on. This was a bigger project to re-stain, reinforce, replace boards on all my decks and porches at our cabin in Cherrylog, Georgia. Should be noted that a few the decks are 40-50 ft off the ground. Their pricing is competitive but more importantly their team is fantastic. They are fantastic. They are easy to work with, punctual, work hard and have finished each job on time and in budget, just as you would hope. I definitely recommend giving these guys a chance to earn any business someone else might have. Lastly, I still haven?t found a spot they missed! Thank you.

Ross and team were very professional in their work, communication and follow up. This project was scheduled during a time when we were expecting severe storms. The entire team was very clear in communicating timely updates to the schedule. Despite all the weather issues , they were able to complete the project on time. The quality and finished product were top level and I would definitely go back to Ross Home services again.

Don't even bother going to other companies. I bought a fixer-upper last summer, and when I noticed wood rot on the exterior, I shopped around for quotes on fixes. Ross was very affordable, beating the next best price with painting included by ~$800. They were on time, kind, very easy to reach, and made sure I was happy with the work. When rain came in the afternoon they finished painting, some spots ran, and they came right back out next Monday to fix it. I can't recommend them enough.

The project was small but the experience huge! The contractor was knowledgeable, customer friendly, and accommodating. I will definitely consider Ross Home Services for new projects.
