Had a bad drainage pump in my Samsung washer. Sabino came and showed me within minutes shat was wrong. He got the part and came right back and did the job with an assistant. During the job, he showed me that I was missing a clip on the front panel and a screw from the side of the machine. He replaced both for no charge. He worked quickly and efficiently. I will use 1stop for all of my future repairs. He saved me from having to go buy new machines. I also had him do a dryer vent clean out because when I mentioned my issues with my dryer, he knew immediately that was the problem. I feel like I have two new machines. It's so great knowing there are men like Sabino who still believe in treating customers the right way and doing excellent work.

They quoted almost $500 to put a switch in a built-in microwave. I did it myself with a $20 part.
