1 Stop Appliance Repair

When setting up the appointment, I was asked questions about the problem with my dishwasher that I felt were necessary for them to have an understanding of my issue. I mention this because it felt like they really cared. I was told my appointment time window and that I would be contacted when they were about 20 or 30 minutes away. I was contacted as they promised. Sobino, the technician arrived on time and went right to work. He told me that I could watch and he explained everything he was doing. He found the problem, then told me the price of the part (even showing me the list price of the part) and the price for the labor to install the part and to flush out the system which had caused the problem. Once finished he had me inspect the work. Sabino is a highly skilled technician, personable, professional and I would recommend - make that highly recommend him for any appliance repair. I will use Appliance Repair for any future problems I have. They are really that good.

Sobino was amazing! He explained everything to me and was professional and friendly! I hired him to repair my dryer that was not heating up. He called me to give me a great estimate on when he would be in to evaluate the problem and since he did not have the part with him he scheduled to come back out the same day a little later to fix it. Overall a great first time experience and I will be calling him again if i need any other repairs in the future!
