We hired the Attic Doctors to remediate our crawl space. Out of the 3 companies we got bids from, they demonstrated the most comprehensive understanding of the problems in our crawl space and the best long term solutions. They took our problems seriously but didn't take advantage and press extra services on us that weren't necessary. We especially liked how knowledgeable the inspector was and how patient he was with our questions. They did a beautiful and very professional job cleaning out the space, air sealing, and doing the exclusion. After discovering that our attic was improperly ventilated and had been accumulating mold for several years, we hired them again to the do the clean out and mold remediation up there. Again, their work was on point for price, extremely professional, and beautifully done. Everyone we worked and talked with, from the inspector (Brennen), the onsite crew, the office, and even the owner, were friendly, well-informed, and professional. Highly recommended!

Rodent exclusion work - they keep coming back until it’s done! No other rodent exclusion outfits I had out offered any kind of guarantee. After 6 months I needed them again and they were here in a flash! Amazing customer service.

My house had an intractable rodent infestation in the walls and ceiling. It's an odd little house on post and piers with no attic. I had several exterminators who did a lot of exclusion work but still those early morning noises. It had been months and I was losing sleep and feeling desperate. I had one other crawl space contractor out who bid 15k try to solve the problem. Then Jay from Attic Doctor came. He proposed a clear and detailed (and much more affordable) plan that would add value to my home, reduce my heating costs, and prevent odor. Best of all, he reassured me they'd keep coming back until the rats were gone. His crew is professional, tidy, and efficient. The communication was excellent. I'm thrilled to report the Attic Doctor solved my problem!! I couldn't be happier with Attic Doctor, and I don't even have an attic!!

Jay was great to work with throughout the process, and his crew did a thorough cleaning, ventilating, and reinsulating of our very sad attic (which is now the best looking room in our home!)
