I recently had the pleasure of working with the amazing and sweet Renee for an initial assessment of my home, and I was thoroughly impressed with her expertise and approach. Unfortunately, I couldn't proceed with the project due to personal reasons, but I wanted to share my experience. From the start, Renee was amazing. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that her suggestions were budget-friendly and considerate of the items I already owned. Her creativity and attention to detail were evident in her thoughtful recommendations. Moreover, Renee creates a judgment-free space that makes you feel comfortable and supported, especially if you feel shy or ashamed about your current situation. She was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the process, listening attentively to my ideas and concerns and giving value to the reasons that brought me to this point. Her professional yet warm demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Renee to anyone looking for an interior designer/decorator and professional organizer who is not only skilled but also genuinely cares about her clients. This job was for interior design, specifically, interior painting. She had her own vision of what color scheme was needed. When I continued to state my preferences, she tried to oblige but the result was not satisfactory. I cut my losses and paid the bill. Otherwise, I would be paying her while I struggled for the desired outcome.
