    Mervin & Duane were awesome even though I never got to meet them personally. We communicated through texts & emails... which was nice since I didn't have to take off work. They sealed my chimneys, finished the ceiling in my patio area & replaced all of my gutters. Will definitely hire if ever needed again! Thanks guys!!!

    He lied about is capability form day one and how many jobs he has ever done. Should not be in business. The roof leaks more now than it did from day one. Took two months to returned call attempt and fix the leak issue.

    Hi Jim, we are sorry and understand the frustration on your end as well as our end. As a professional roofing company we stand behind our work and that is why we offer a workmanship warranty. Same thing in this situation we have tried everything in our power to make things right with you. Unfortunately you are unwilling to cooperate with us.This was an in insurance claim. We offered full refund upon your insurance company condemning the work that was done. Also we offered full refund upon getting second opinions from other roofing companies as well. Jim was unwilling to do so.

    Mervin was very professional and very good with timelines provided to evaluate and repair at North Canton residence. Answered questions very well and provided very good explanations.

    What a hard decision to pick a new roof! Out of 4 estimates, we went with Yoder for many reasons. First, Mervin was the most responsive to our questions. (The other 3 firms didn't want to bother.) Mervin provided lots of samples. Then, he took time to drive us through the neighborhood to get an idea of what we liked. And to top it off, he even put samples on the roof to help us make the choice! There could not be a better, nicer, more efficient crew around! Four young men completed the roof in less than 8 hours and it looks great! They were VERY CAREFUL with the landscaping and flowers too. They were polite and respectful! The clean-up was thorough and complete. What a team! Mervin Yoder's Roofing is a blessing to Northeast Ohio!
