#1 MOST IMPORTANT FACT: They answer there phone when you call. I got several estimates for this job. All were double what Yoder Roofing quoted (in writing). The quote was the final price I paid. They took my failing chimney down to the roof, capped with a new pipe top. Replaced failing shingles on my 2nd story roof and porch. Left no trash behind. Didn't even put roof waste in my garbage - they carted it all off. Even the bricks were hand carried down two stories to insure no damage to the roof and home. Great work, great price, easily recommended.

I had a very unusual and difficult project, a flat roof with a round porch. I contacted several contractors and none would give me a firm estimate or a start date. I contacted Mervin Yoder and he sent out two fine craftsman, Dan Miller and Blaine Chupp. The porch was too poor to repair, so they had to remove it and transported it to their shop. The team used the dimensions to construct a new and better porch, that was completed and delivered in less than a week!
