Tom was very responsive from the quote to the final bill.  Price was good and project finished on time. Crew was professional and cleaned up after they were finished.  Walls and ceiling look great. I would call Tom with any other drywall projects I have.

We called Worm drywall for a quote on a fairly extensive remodel.  Tom responded quickly with a reasonable quote.  He was quite accommodating about our  tight time frame, and brought in a very skilled and hardworking crew.  The morning of the install, we asked to make a few changes which Tom said he would add in to the final total.  Tom was more than fair about the add-ins.  The installers kept the mess to a minimum, and were very pleasant to have around the house for about 5 days. One worker even came in on Saturday, to cut down on the time they were here.  A pleasant transaction for what can be a real headache.   Then the "you know what" hit the fan.   We discovered an electrical issue after painting and electrical finishing work were completed.  The electrician pointed a finger at Tom's crew, and left the site.  Tom showed up a couple of hours after my call, and spent an hour cutting down parts of the ceiling and wall to find the problem, all while patiently dealing with my anxiety attack.   He finally found the wire that the electrician hadn't hooked up (WHAT??).  He could have walked away then- he had already spent an hour dealing with someone else's screw up.  Instead, he was the guy with the white hat who brought in another great worker the very afternoon the electrician finished fixing things. It's nice to know that the people you hire to work in your home are fair-minded, work hard, and do a good job. It's great to know that they also run their business with strong ethics and a willingness to go the extra mile should things ever go really wrong. Over the years we've brought in a lot of people to do work.  Worm Drywall definitely stands out as a great company with whom to do business, I just can't recommend them enough.

We had excellent service from Worm Drywall. Tom, the owner, came to provide an estimate the same day that I called. He emailed an estimate later that day, offering three different pricings, depending on which ceiling finish we selected. There was no pressure to choose the higher cost finishes. The work was scheduled for about two weeks out, and it turned out he was able to start the work a day early. The work was finished in two days. The repairs are inherently messy, but plastic sheeting and drop cloths protected our floors and walls and kept the dust contained, and the final cleanup was nicely done. The worker sent by Tom arrived on time and was very pleasant to deal with. He graciously touched up areas I had forgotten to mention at the time of the estimate and even repaired minor wall cracks and dents, knowing that we were having the walls painted the following week. It felt like he went out of his way to exceed our expectations. The quality of the work was excellent.

Tom is a good businessman and very good at his trade, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for drywall services.

We worked with Tom to do the drywall work for our project to finish our basement. His bid for our work was very reasonable compared to a few other bids we had gotten. We could not be happier with the quality of work that Tom completed. Tom was extremely courteous and professional throughout the process and he replied to any questions almost immediately. I would not hesitate to work with Tom again and he will be the 1st person we call for any future drywall needs.  

Tom worked with our budget and was able to get the job done in what was quoted 4 days in 2 days, which we really appreciated since we just moved in and could use the long labor day weekend to use the house. Very courteous and cleaned up afterwards.

It was a very easy experience to contact Tom and get him out for a free estimate. After comparing his offer with a couple others, we decided to use him. We got lucky and found some time right away for him to come out. He was on time both days, very polite and did an excellent job cleaning up after what is necessarily a messy process. He quote the project at 2-3 days, and finished in less than a day and a half. We will keep him on file in case we decide to scrape any other ceilings, or have other similar work needed.
