Easy process to hire. Gave bid on the spot before doing any work. I think the "service call fee" should be waived if they do work that date, but other than that was very satisfied.

I paid more than I wanted but there qeee so many pluses: they were here when they said they would be, have great advice as to when would be the best times to do certain projects, didn't have certain items that were needed and went to get them (didn't change the cost). Give them a chance, you will be glad you did!

Very professional technician. Knowledgeable and thorough. He gave me confidence in his work . Also impressed with the fast response and scheduling of my problem. They sent an email to me identifying and providing a brief bio of the technician before he arrived. Very good procedure and much appreciated.

The electrician was very respectful and wore booties over his shoes. He was a non-smoker which I had requested. My only problem is that we cannot use the 2 new outlets because they are so tight, we cannot get anything into the plugs! We both have muscle weakness and are not strong enough to shove a cord into the sockets!
