WireOne did a very good job on my project. Their initial quote was about 4x higher than the next company, but they worked with me on pricing, and we got to an agreeable price. The elecricians who did the install were very professional, and told me everything they were doing, and the result was exactly what I wanted. The next day, while using a new outlet, the GFI tripped and woukdnt reset. I called WireOne at 8pm on Friday, and an electrician was at my house at 10am Saturday. He found the problem, showed it to me, and fixed it in about 15 minutes. Everyone I dealt with at WireOne was friendly and professional, and they showed up when they said they would, and did what they said they would. If you're using WireOne, be sure to get competung quotes, because they will quote "nice to haves" and you may need to talk though what you really need.

Didn't show up and keep going to get the projects done. It was like show up 2 hrs late, leave after about 2 hrs. Show up next day for a couple hours then no contact for a week. I finally had to call them to get them out to finish all the small jobs left to do before waiting for Midamerican to disconnect the power so they could install new panel.
