Inexperienced in new technology, but friendly and responsive. Took three separate trips and $2,926.35 in service fees to replace three standard thermostats with nest E-thermostats, which I had already bought separately. Right from the start in the request for quote and on the pre-appointment call, and at the initial walk-through, I explained I needed a 4th wire ran to make them work, but instead of doing that, different furnace parts were installed that still did not result in the system working properly. Two more trips later, guess what, a 4th wire was installed and now they all work. If I knew it would cost that much, I would have gone elsewhere, but I was looking for a convenient solution online. To top it off, a week after the work was completed I get a call from their accounts receivable department because they forgot to run the second invoice on my card, which they had authorization to do and have since ran. Like I said, friendly and professional in scheduling and actual work, but way over-priced and the lack of knowledge cost me significantly. Then to be told my invoice has made it to collections department is just an embarrassment. Would not recommend doing business with this company unless it is remedial work that you could probably get done on your own.

Unforeseen issues caused me to leave before the work was completed. I was pleased with the results when I returned. He was kind enough to to wipe the blades of the ceiling fan while up on the ladder changing out the kitchen lights.
