Reviews
Write a ReviewTV reception was worse after the fix. I went up on the roof and reoriented antenna in the direction of the TV tower and works perfectly. Tech had it facing too far South.
Worker was prompt, efficient, knew what he was doing, and took the time to explain t hings.
Very expensive.
Very thorough but prices were high for parts and services performed.
I called them to fix a closet light. First they charge you approximately $65 for a trip charge to come which is fine. Shawn appeared on time. As soon as he came in, he got to work. He turned on the switch -didn't work. Next he changed the bulb with a new one I provided - didn't work. Then he checked the fuse panel to see if anything was tripped. Everything was in order. In fact, I had checked all this before calling the electrician (turning on the switch, changing the bulb, checking fuse panel). The next move threw me completely off. He pulled out his iPad and showed me the next course of action was to run a full diagnostic test for approximately $260/-. I am using the approximate since this incidence happened few months back and I could be off by +/-$10-15. He said that it may get fixed during the diagnostic service or may need additional tests. I said thank you for the service. One thing I learnt is - cut your losses - earlier the better. Next day I called another local electrician. He figured out the problem and fixed it in 45 minutes. The problem was that bulb holder became lose in the socket. Since they do charge for 1 hour - I was charged about $103/- with tax.
Easy to arrange appointment for technician visit a few days later. Technician showed up on time, surveyed the job, explained tasks involved, options, costs clearly and succinctly. Took enough time to make sure we understood everything and let us make a decision without pressure. Completed job in timely fashion.
good customer service and the repairman was great; but the service is fairly expensive
Great job!
Trac lighting, ceiling fan, outside lighting fixtures and outlet repairs done very professionally and courteously. Well satisfied.
