"I asked Saunders to do a home energy audit and then redo what needed to be done in a house that hadn't been touched since it was built in 1963, as far as I could tell. One bedroom always seemed cold. Their audit revealed a lot of heat loss. When they got into the attic they discovered that the bathroom fan had been vented to the attic, not to the outside, and mold was growing under the roof. They fixed that and they identified small gas leaks that needed to be repaired and areas between the garage and the house that needed to be caulked. They have come back to retest after their work and made some additional improvements. Considering the size of the job and the kind of professional--and fun--attitude they brought to the job, I would recommend them highly. Their integrity shines through."
