They were professional, on time. The installation crew was amazing, focused and like a well oiled machine. Buzzy was extremely knowledgeable and the crew overall was fantastic! They cleaned up after themselves and we're very courteous. If we ever do windows again I will definitely contact them again. No question

They do really awesome work but their communicating with the customer needs improvement. Once you sign the contract, any follow up as far as status of the project or just getting measurments done has to be done by the customer. I have never experienced anything like that. And, you have to ask them questions. Our window contract specifically states that two platforms would be added to a window downstairs and upstairs for AC units, but this work was not done nor was an explanation given as to why it would not be done. Being able to utilize a window AC was a reason we chose window concepts.

The installers were AWESOME😀. It took a little longer than we were originally told but they came on a Saturday morning and were done by noon. They did a great job and cleaned everything up. Other than the tracks in the snow we would not have known they were here. 100% satisified!!!

Everything was done with quality in mind, finished job in 6 hours installing 4 Windows and a patio door. I'm planning on getting the rest of our Windows next year and I'll be asking for the same installers. Great work!

We had all 10 of our windows replaced. We can't praise the crew who did our install enough. They were friendly, professional, respectful of our home, super efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Great teamwork! My husband used to work in the trades for many years and he was really impressed.The job was complete in about 5 hours. We're really happy with the quality of the Vista Concept window we chose. The price was very reasonable for the quality service, product and installation. We appreciated that everything was included in estimate so we wouldn't be surprised with extra costs at the time of install. We won't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Window Concepts did a phenomenal job on our house! We had all 26 of our windows replaced as well as the siding, soffit, fascia, & gutters on our house. Everyone we dealt with on our project was friendly, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. Any questions we had were answered within a timely manner and the installers went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was to our liking. We're really happy with how everything turned out, including the suggestion to match the color of the trim, soffit, fascia, and gutters. The price was unbeatable for the quality of product and quality of workmanship we received. We can't thank the Window Concepts team enough for making the process pleasant and enjoyable.
