Jay was a very har worker and tries to be absolutely perfect. Mike our salesman explained everything thoroughly. Mike was always available for any questions and concerns. He came to the house to see the finished project.

Our townhouse condo is a nightmare of customization & weird measurements with every project we've done resulting in higher costs because materials have to get custom ordered to fit correctly. Window Concepts came in, took accurate measurements & provided upfront pricing right away. They brought samples of their products & demonstrated how various features worked so we were able to make an informed decision when comparing with what other contractors were offering. Higher quality products offered automatically included features every other contractor we met with wanted to charge additional for. There was an issue with replacing interior window trim pieces at time of installation, but the office was easily reachable and it was resolved while the installers were still in our home. The new windows & patio doors we installed are beautiful & made an immediate impact on our home. We are very happy with our decision & would definitely recommend Window Concepts to others. We will be taking advantage of their two year price lock to replace two more headache inducing custom sized doors in the near future because thanks to them, we know exactly what we are getting into in advance.

The installation was done very well. The windows look nice. They didn't put in the privacy glass I ordered for the powder room. They have promised to fix this.

I am rewriting my review which will supersede the previous one. it was unfair on my part to write a review before i consulted window concepts about my concerns and I apologize for that. window concepts pointed out to me that they would never leave a job unfinished regarding the caulking issue. it made sense. regarding the gouge in the window frame, window concepts assured me it would be taken care of. my apologies goes out to window concepts for not consulting with them before I wrote the review. we absolutely love our new windows!

Regarding the caulking, every window we install we need to caulk to protect the home from the elements, especially the rain. Customers are always informed to move any furniture away from the windows when they are called to schedule the installation. Beautifully done! They have a vast array of colors to choose from. Mike was very nice, not pushy, and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and gave his opinions of what would be best for us. Great customer service!

Owner Rick does not communicate well and when I had some install issues he had me deal with installer. Would not recommend using this business.
