We actually had a problem with one of the windows, which was no fault of Window Concepts, but the manufacturer themselves. The purpose of me mentioning this is because it was addressed by Window Concepts Immediately and although we had to wait a couple of weeks for a proper replacement, it was taken care of. We were never left without a window or anything, we just had to make sure the window was always closed and locked before we left the house. But, who doesn't close and lock their windows when they leave the house? It was not an inconvenience , and it was taken care of as a priority. From day one and the sales man I worked with, Mike, through the measuring and installation, with Buzzy, to arranging the reinstallation of the manufacturer defect with Rick at the office, and the woman that answers the phone at the office, VERY PROFESSIONAL and always treated me respectfully and courteously .

The salesman who came to the house was great and give me an estimate of 4 to 6 weeks for installation. They quickly had someone come out and take measurements which was nice. However I didn't hear anything back from them for four weeks. I took the initiative to call them at just over one month from the time of ordering to see how we were doing with the process. it was at that point that I was informed that they could not provide the windows in the size that we needed. I had received no word of this from them up until that point And was very upset that I had not been contacted much earlier if that was the case. The employees exact words in the phone were "yeah...I guess we should have called you." After speaking to Rick at length I decided to remeasure the windows myself and found that I came up with different numbers than their employee had found when he first came out to measure. They said they would have someone contact me immediately to send out somebody else to remeasure. I had to call back three days later to get somebody out to the house to remeasure. And as it turns out the initial measurements were completely wrong and they were able to order the windows after all. They insured me that they would put a 2 to 3 week rush on the job. That was about 2 1/2 weeks ago and have yet to hear anything back from them. We encountered a different obstacle with another contractor and had to put a single glass block window in the basement which eliminated the need for one of the six windows that we ordered. When we called the week after placing the rush order to see if it was too late to change the order from 6 to 5 windows we found out that they had not even placed the order yet! I cannot yet speak to the quality of the product because despite having ordered windows initially seven weeks ago I have yet to see a single window with my own eyes. We've been dealing with multiple contractors lately as we are finishing the basement and I can say with utmost certainty that this has been the biggest disappointment. And they have offered no kind of compensation whatsoever for the troubles that we have had along the way. Disappointing. Just disappointing!

We worked with Seth from Window Concepts of Milwaukee for our siding replacement. We received a really good product for a great price and are just thrilled with the way our home looks!! Their installer, Jay, was quick, professional and CLEAN!!! He did a great job and was very courteous and respectful of myself and our home. As a side note.........When we bought our home, one of the windows had a blown seal and we hadn't gotten around to replacing it yet. Seth went above and beyond by contacting the company that installed them to get a new one made and then came out personally to replace it at no charge to us!! We would highly recommend Window Concepts of Milwaukee to anyone looking for siding services!!
