They were here, both days, right on time. Their work was very neat and tidy, and the pictures of the roof looked great. It is difficult to judge the end result. It looks good and Mr. Wilson did what he said he was going to do. There was some discrepancy in how the 5 year transferable warranty was worded. I contacted Mr. Wilson about it and he immediately sent me a reworded copy, which I appreciate, but still am not clear that if I should sell the house within 5 years that the contract is really transferable to the new owner.

George was easy to work with and very professional. The work was good quality at a very competitive price. My only concern was the mess on my patio after they power washed the roof and the over spray of the sealant on my house and window screens. I would hire Wilson & Dale, LLC again.

Referred from Home Advisor. After dealing with with a roofing contractor who could not remember my phone number and offered one excuse after another, George came to my home the Friday afternoon of Memorial day weekend. His crew worked the holiday to prep my flat roof and then were in and out in under four hours Tuesday. Despite their pace, their work was very well done with particular attention paid to the roof's scuppers that were cracking. They cleaned up all debris to the point you wouldn't have known they were there. In the end, they did the work well under what I had budgeted for the project and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had a job that I needed done right away. They responded right away and set up an inspection appointment within 2 hours. They scheduled the job and showed up on time and under my budget.
