Clean up was sub standard quality. Left a pile of nails on the roof and two piles of debris in the back yard. I'm still picking up old nails thrown from the roof. Can't paint the facia yet because excess tar is still running down the facia and main beam of patio.

They contacted me immediately and came out to do an estimate shortly thereafter. I hired them. Upon starting the work on the roof, they found it was more damaged than originally noted. Consequently, there was more work to be done and an additional cost. This was not surprising. I understand that as you actually get into a project sometimes you find more problems than were originally evident. It has been repaired now and we'll see what happens the next time it rains! I would recommend them to others in the Tucson area.

Hired these guys to do a re-coat of my flat roof. 4,000 sq feet, with a 5 year warranty using elastomeric materials, priced at $4,800. Received 3 other quotes ranging from $4,500 to $5,800. They were very quick to provide a quote, very quick to do the job once I selected them, and they cleaned up their mess. I chose them because their warranty was the best (matched by one other), AND they had no complaints lodged against them at the BBB. Their license was current too. So here's hoping that I don't need to use the 5 year warranty!

This company is very Professional and they did a great job. These guys came out several times to answer my questions and address my concerns before I even selected any company to repair my flat roof. When I hired them we selected a date and time for the job to start and they showed up on time with a full crew and started to repair the roof then started and completed the foaming in one day. They cleaned up and reviewed the whole job with us (we even got on the roof and watched them a few time during the day) and left us with a feeling that we selected the right contractor to do the job. They had an excellent price (which was lower than the other bids) and they did all the same work and offered the same warranty. These guys are great and I am having them come back next month to do some additional work on my home. I gave them 5 Stars because they deserve it! Thank you Wilson and Dale for a great Job!
