I was looking to replace my entire built-up roof and skylights. Previous quotes for this type of work was anywhere from $8K-10K. After Wilson & Dale showed up they concluded the underlying wood was fine except one place and they suggested a spray foam on top of the existing built-up roof. I did some research, found some people who have had it done, they liked it, said it reduced their heating/cooling costs, and had no regrets. I ended up pulling the trigger on the spray foam and I am 2 weeks into the new roof and no issues so far. Price? Came in well under the low of the built-up roofing job I was quoted from other companies.

They not only did a written estimate for double sealant layers and crack repairs, but they also repaired tile roof problems, even though tile roof repairs exceeded their quote. Very professional appearance and demeanor, exceedingly prompt and efficient. I am going to hire them next time.

Fast and professional service. Went above and beyond Reasonable price. Replace 5 skylights for the cost of materials. Double sealant layers, repaired the scuppers. Recommended a ultraviolet blocking skylight for my wife's sewing room. Was here when they said they would be and finished the job on time. Five year warranty. We would recommend to everybody call this contractor 1st.
