There was a miscommunication that caused the business to "eat" profit because of work done that was not contracted for. But Westfall Roofing "ate" it with a smile.

The sales man Brian Hughes was very nice at answering all my questions. He took pictures so I could see what he was talking about of the roof. We haven't had a lot of rain but so far so good no leaks.

Brian Hughes was very profesional and did an excellent job with the roof and cleaning, no mess whatsoever. I called to schedule my appointment and Cherri Westfall was prompt and very profesional. I asked if she can work with the schedule because I was a couple of days behind my closing date and she did all she can to make it happened and she did. I Will recommend Westfall Roofing. Let me start from the beginning. The front office is ran by a bunch of kids who have no idea what they are doing. They will schedule you a date to do your roof and then reschedule at their leisure without warning. If that wasn't enough to scare me away they started on my roof and after several tries to replace fascia board on the sides of my house, one of the owners had to come out and babysit the guys to make sure they did it correctly. I think they ripped it off 3 times before it looked presentable. They over charged me on the extra wood they used for repair so watch them like a hawk and take plenty of pictures of the wood they bring. In our estimate we had Lamanco roof vents added on by the salesman who recommended them. It wasn't until I mentioned it to the owner when he was there BABYSITTING the guys did he realize that they missed it and lied to me about it. "Oh sure we remembered" he replied. What a joke!!! My suggestion is to run away and don't look back and if you do decide to use these guys good luck. Wish I could add pictures on here because I have plenty. :)
