Our roof peak metal vents were not installed properly when we had the new roof installed 13 years ago after we bought our house. They were not overlapped and were secured with roofing nails, not the proper screws. So recently, the vents over our Living Room became loose and started leaking when it rained. I tried to repair the vents several times, but, they would vibrate from the wind and break the sealant again. So, Westfall Roofing, sent Brian to evaluate our leaks. He found the vents were all coming loose and not overlapped as required. So, new vents were needed. Westfall Roofing Techs arrived and were done in an hour, as they sent 3 men to accomplish the removal and replacement of the Poof Vent System. It was very cloudy and there was some thunder in the background, so they really worked hard to get it done. They warranted their work for 6 mos on existing roofs.

During a home inspection for selling my house there an item noted as potential water damage on the interior ceiling. Josh from Westfall came out and identified that it was not water damage but instead a ceiling texturing issue. Despite driving 1.5 hours Westfall Roofing did not even charge for the service call. I will use them again as having contractors you can trust with honest assessments are difficult to find.

Each step of the way they showed up on time, which is a huge plus for me. Once the crew left, management came back and inspected the work they had done, which is another plus.
