    I was seeking a significant augmentation of insulation in my attic, since the existing insulation was 31 years old, and had become very thin, and shoved around over several decades of work up there. After vetting 4 contractors, I chose Western Pest Services, and was very pleased with the entire process. they did a thorough evaluation of the attic space, evaluated my plan to run the installation tube through a 2nd floor window, and confirmed that there are no pests in the space. I felt that the price was fair - and the technicians did a terrific job in less time than I had expected. Definitely recommend them!

    Hired them and paid up front. Great sales pitch, but they never showed up and never called. Canceled our entire day waiting for them. Then they did not even bother to return our call asking why they did not show up or contact us, nor did they attempt to correct the issue. We hired Jersey Pest & Animal Control afterwards and they were prompt, very friendly and did an excellent job.
