"Select Masonry, headed up by Gary and his brother, is truly a 5 star company. We recently had our entire roof replaced (4300 sq ft, 2 stories), along with installation of new gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards, and crown repair and flashing around 2 chimneys. All the work was done professionally, quickly, and at a reasonable price. The crew did a beautiful job, showed up on time each day, and worked long hours to get the job done quickly. They also cleaned the area thoroughly after work was complete and even had a rolling magnet machine to pick up all the old roofing nails from our lawn and driveway. Before doing the work, Gary had a camera hooked up to a drone, which he flew over all areas of our roof and gutters in order to show us where the damage/problems were with our shingles and chimneys. So, prior to starting the job, we had a clear explanation and visualization of what work needed to be done. After the project was complete, he again flew the camera over the entire roof to show us the finished product. We couldn't be more pleased with our new roof and would highly recommend this company for any roofing project."

"I would highly recommend Vision Construction as a company. Olti (technician) contacted me through my posting and came home for free estimate. For this job I got quotes from five different people. I was looking to repair a leaking skylight and after inspection everyone recommended to replace it. The difference between Olti and this company was their honesty and fair pricing. All of them were installing the same velux skylight but inflating the labor cost and also telling me that my roof needed repair. Olti was honest and showed with pics what was wrong, what needed replacement and what doesnâ t (without me asking or telling me what others had told me). I decided to hire him for the job. He got the materials ordered in few days and installed the skylight the following weekend. Super clean job and they cleaned up after their work as well."

Priority One was very responsive and patiently answered all my questions as a 1st time homeowner about replacing a horribly rusty chimney chase cover. New stainless steel chase cover was ready and they came on a Saturday morning to replace it. Good quality, professionalism and exceptional customer service. Priority One even addressed and requests during installation (they added wood board to secure new cover that was too big from measurements of old makeshift cover, refreshed existing chimney cap with rust-proof silver paint, removed rust from existing chimney flue) without complaining or additional charge. Impeccable clean up, no leftover mess. I will call them again for chimney cleanings. High recommendations"

"Excellent experience with Ideal Home Improvements from the initial quote through to job completion. Work was delayed a couple weeks due to weather but they did a great job staying in touch and updating the timing. Crew was great - completed the work ahead of schedule. Did a great job cleaning the work site each evening and at job completion. I would highly recommend them and found them easy to deal with, great quality and fair price. They fully stand behind their work and fingers crossed I never need to use the warranty services but nice to know if there are problems, they will be there to help. "I needed to have my fireplace chimney repaired. It was the old builder's grade chimney with stucco over it that had been cracking and falling apart over the years despite my efforts to patch it. Albert came out and gave us our options. We decided to go with a total rebuild of the chimney constructed in bricks. The chimney would angle in on one side and Albert used some beautiful stone over that. The chimney was extended in height to give us a better draft as well. Albert started when he said he would. The demolition of the old chimney went well. Albert discovered that our firebox was suspended in air on some cinder blocks. He filled in under the firebox with cement and other blocks to secure it before starting to rebuild the chimney in bricks. He even selected the more expensive "older looking" bricks to match the brick front on our house. Albert rebuilt the chimney from ground up, cleaned the firebox and removed the old non-functioning damper inside, installed a chimney cap with the cable. He even installed another chimney cap on our smaller chimney that vents the gas boiler on our main roof. He matched the siding of our house perfectly where he had to cut it in from the angle he created on the chimney. He even replaced some roofing shingles on the roof near the chimney that had cement on them from my years of patching! Albert also made a cut in the chimney above the roof line and inserted the flashing into the cut in the chimney to be sure it would be waterproof! Albert also replaced a piece of damaged siding near the chimney that didn't have to be replaced for the chimney job itself. He also re-arranged our stone edging and created a nice little flower bed next to the chimney. All at no extra charge! We are extremely happy with the job he did. Our fireplace chimney is very large and is very visible as you pull in our driveway. It is now a beautiful sight to see! Albert made sure everything was cleaned up when they were done each day and when the job was completed everything was cleaned up! We couldn't be more happy with the work he did! Hopefully he will have before and after pictures posted on his website soon for all to see what I am talking about. Thank you Albert for such a wonderful job so well done!
