They also did tile and grout cleaning which look fantastic. Recommend him 1000%! Will definitely be hiring him to do multiple projects in our new home."

"We hired Val to repair our kitchen ceiling which was damaged from a bathroom leak directly upstairs and to install a new bathroom floor. We left it up to him to pick out a suitable color for the floor tiles, and he installed tiles that were a perfect match for the room decor. He also, at no additional charge, cleaned up the old caulk around the tub and recaulked it. While he was there, we also had him recap our chimney and replace the old faucet stems in the bathtub. All in all, his crew showed up on time, accomodated our special needs and did an excellent job. We are keeping his contact info for any future jobs we may need to have done."

"Mitat and Val, father and son, were very respectful and professional. Before beginning work, they clearly outlined what they would repair and how the repair would be done. They worked diligently to install a new floor in the kitchen cabinet under the sink following some very extensive water damage and rotting, replaced broken hinges in several kitchen cabinets, adjusted several window blind brackets that had been poorly installed, hung new shelves in the front hall closet and performed some much needed painting in various locations in the home. They worked diligently and continuously to ensure the work was performed properly, consulting us to ensure that their work would meet our expectations, all for a very fair price. We will definitely hire again."

"We interviewed several contractors recommended by Angi and Bo Han of Precision Caulking was professional and responsive (and showed up on schedule.) He actually saved us money because he diagnosed that we didn't need to replace the shower door hinges, just the gasket. We also had him recaulk the shower and do some touch up in the bathroom and the kitchen. In fact we liked him so much we had him come back a few weeks later and do some additional tile work for us. "Elton is the best in the business. He excavated 25' x 14' of soil 4' high and knocked down a 100-year old 12" wide retaining wall 25' long with a 1 foot deep footer reinforced with steel rebar in just 1 day and hauled away all the soil and wall debris. He then installed large landscaping blocks with the appropriate footer 40' long and it looked beautiful and matched the neighbors' landscape blocks. He then laid down 10" of paver gravel and base for a 35' x 14' driveway and interlocking 6' x 9' pavers. The wall was done in 1 day and the pavers in another day for a total of 3 days. Fast and done with high quality. I recommend Elton and his crew any day for masonry related jobs."

"every thing was great until the installer tried to cheat me on the bill. I was quoted a price including tax. The installer Chris tried to add on time and ladder charges.When I spoke to person in office I told her what had to be done. The price was fair. I think if I were a senior lady I would have been taken by him."

"I cannot tell you how much i love this company! From Nicole who schedules, to Kevin and Mike who complete jobs and their wonderful crew. They are fast, efficient and extremely reliable. We are a very large management company, and it never ceases to amaze me how I NEVER have to follow up with them to complete jobs. I submit at least 4-6 work orders with them for various things, from siding to garbage corral repairs to roofing issues, foundation repairs. "Bill was very responsive to my inquiries and his price was reasonable compared to two other stone repairing companies I had contacted. My green marble floor was scratched up by the plumber I had hired to replace my toilet. See the before and after pictures. The scratches are gone and my marble floor is shiny and new again. Even the grout got cleaned up. Just a note, they don't accept credit card payments. I paid by check."
