Dan Campbell and Travis Blunt did a great job. They patiently answered our questions and explained every thing they were doing in a very polite ( did I say patiently ) way. The left everything cleaned and were very careful with our flooring as they were handling materials in/out of the bathroom.

Not what we were looking for. Seem to have a quality product ( way too. Many videos through) we wanted to replace a tub and shower with a walk-in shower also replace floor tile etc in our master bath. This company does the shower but installs a high quality acrylic wrap product customized to the space . They tear everything down to the studs - including the plumbing and redo it. Just not the options we were looking for.

Excellent from the beginning to the end. The salesman, Andrew explained what the company could do - took measurements - gave me some choices of color for my new shower and gave me a quote. I thought it was a little high but after the work was finished, it was well worth it. The installers - Ernie and Nate - were right on time and despite some issues with the water shut off valve and some heavy rain (neither of which were in their control, the job was completed in one day. They took away the old heavy tub and cleaned up everything before they left. My shower is absolutely beautiful - more than I expected.

Arranged most of project long distance. I wasnâ t able to personally inspect work completed in March 2020, until August 2020. Iâ m very satisfied with the finished product.Also, the financing offered, made the project workable now rather than later. Thanks.

The salesman for West Shore, Chad Hamm, was 100% sold on the company and it was obvious. He was very thorough in his presentation. He was very enjoyable and had a great since of humor. When Patrick G. and Austin came to do the install they were very professional, they removed and installed eight windows in four hours. Obviously they know what they were doing. They left the premises just like they found it. These are beautiful windows and will be very easy to maintain.

I had my bathtub and walls done over. They said it would take 1 1/2 days,and they were right on time. I love looking at the new tub. Very efficient and professional.
