Brandon Y. and David R. have just completed installing a walk-in bath for us. The installation went perfect. They arrived on time did an excellent job and cleaned up the jobsite when they were through. After the installation was complete they explained everything about our new walk-in tub. From first contact to finished shower we are very satisfied with the whole project. Steve was great explaining all the details of what to expect. Torkel and Lynn did the install. Very professional, very knowledgeable about the project, all around great service. We will be doing another project with them in the very near future.

West Shore Home stands behind there customer satisfaction do to there wonderful employees Such Jocelyn in the office doing every humanily possible thing she can to make sure u as a customer is satisfied and then thereâ s Neil one of the installers that is just a wonderful individual who goes 150% percent to do a wonderful job and to make sure u are happy with his work. They came in and remodeled two showers one being guest bathroom and second being master shower . I wasnâ t satisfied with the first go around on the master shower and Jocelyn took my account under her wing and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the job and believe me folks she didnâ t have to but she is still one of the few in the working world we have now a days that still cares and West Shore Homes should be very proud to have an employee like Jocelyn handling there accounts and I think Jocelyn for being an amazing person!
