Bruce was the most conscience and considerate person on helping me deal with a pool that had been severely neglected. He brought it back to sparkling and maintained it under difficult circumstances. I am truly grateful to Bruce for his expertise and consideration.

Bruce has been fantastic. After a horrible experience with my previous pool cleaner--who either wouldn't show up or would spend 5 minutes in my yard and mostly on his cell phone--it's nice to have someone who is conscientious and reliable. I highly recommend West Cali pool service!

We are very glad to have found this company and Bruce has been fantastic. We would highly recommend! A very honest and professional experience that has been refreshing. Prior to West Cali pool services we had lots of problems with chlorine levels irritating the eyes and skin. Our pool has never been this clean and the water always perfect for a swim. Thank you again!

Happy I hired West Cali Pools!

I recommend West Cali Pool Services to our community because the service man wasn't able to service the pool temporarily and Bruce immediately came over within an hour of requesting a quote. Bruce's professionalism is second to none. His prices are fair. And his work is top notch. Hire him. You won't be disappointed.

Our family has owned this home since the â 80â s. Weâ ve had a couple of other pool service companies, all have retired. Our pool has never looked better since joining with West Cali Pool Services. Bruce is awesome. Great company.

Bruce is absolutely wonderful! My salt-water pool is always sparkling and crystal clear. He does an amazing job keeping the water perfectly balanced without smelling of chemicals. He is proactive about replacing or cleaning filters, and is always reliable. Whenever anything out of the ordinary is needed, he is always makes time to help ensure everything continues running smoothly. I would highly recommend Bruce and West Cali Pool Service.

I had a horrible experience with Mr. Bruce Ha. I hired this company to clean and maintain my pool weekly. I noticed that after the first conversation, this technician was only interested in adding on small costs here and there. My budget of $150 per month quickly moved to add costs to the first bill for extra cleaning, extra supplies, partial weeks, etc, etc. I felt I was dealing with the cellphone companies. LOL, Regardless I love people who hustle for money, but then ensure you do an amazing job by delivering a clear and maintained pool. Over a course of 2 weeks, I never received a clear pool. And in addition to that, his lack of knowledge operating a Pentair Auto Flow system became apparent. After week 2, I had to contact an electrician to figure out how power was lost to the Pentair Automation system. Once I called a professional electrician and asked him to meet Mr. Bruce, I received an email informing me that he could no longer service the pool. This violates his 30-day notice to quit. Please be careful if you choose this company. And on top of all that, I simply do not know what this guy may have done to cause it to stop running. It makes sense that he refused to meet the electrician because the electrician would be able to tell us what actually happened. Very unprofessional to run from accountability. :-( Be very careful if you choose Mr. Bruce Ha. Hopefully, the new pool company and my electrician can figure out what happened to my very expensive Pentair Automation system.

Response from Company:

Hi Mr. Russell, I thought I've clearly explained why I could no longer service your pool in the email after servicing only once at your property. When I first inspected your pool system at my 1st visit, your automation system panel door was all opened, it didn't even allow me to close the door due to a lock and also the automation buttons were all unresponsive and it wasn't working at all. The panels of the heater were all opened and it was in non-working condition. The salt cell was not working. The only thing that was working for the pool system was the pump and filters. At my 2nd visit, due to some type of electrical breaker issues, the screen of the pump was already burned out and it was something I've never seen before. After having a long conversation with Pentair tech support regarding your pool system, They said it is a crucial matter to keep the automation door closed all the time and I really didn't know how much water might have gotten into the system internally in the past and I couldn't resolve this type of electrical issue. And of course, I'm not even legally allowed to do any type of electrical work as a pool serviceman. This is why I came to the conclusion that I did not want to service your pool. Your whole pool system didn't meet certain criteria in terms of a workable environment and it was very unsafe. Please do not claim I've violated not offering 30-day notice since you have never paid the first and last bill for $157.50 that was due at the end of March 2021. Since you've never paid your bill that was supposed to be paid based on the contract you've signed for, I would like to claim that the signer has legally violated the Service Agreement of West Cali Pool Services. I've spent more than three hours cleaning the pool and filter grids and also, serviced your pool water by testing and adding an accurate amount of chemicals. Please enjoy my 3 hours of hard service work for free and good luck.

From the time we built our salt water lap pool in 2010, we struggled to find someone reliable and competent to service our pool. As a serious swimmer, I am meticulous about my pool and want it to be perfect for my daily swims. Bruce is the only pool service person who understands the chemistry, the salt pool requirements, and how to manage the other pool equipment. He also services our regular pool that has a number of dogs using the pool . Furthermore, Bruce is very responsive to all issues that arise with the pool in a timely manner. I recommend Bruce's service enthusiastically. He is the Best.
