"Patrick was the plumber who tackled my tankless hot water heater problem. Wonderful to work with, listened to 'no hot water' symptoms carefully, and included them in his evaluation of the problem. Together, we avoided HWH replacement, and arrived at a very thorough cleansing of the equipment, which was an accurate solution, and gave the heater a deserved second chance. We noted together the lack of water pressure in the kitchen faucet, and he changed out the old one for a new one I had waiting in my garage. Water pressure and heater performance is now excellent. He was polite and efficient, all done in less than 2 hours. Meanwhile he helped me bring in garbage cans, cleaned all the faucet strainers in my 2 bathrooms, and also checked out my year old PEX repipe, just to assure it was OK. Also checked out the filter leading into the heater. Good job, good value."

They were called to give a second opinion on a job that a big company wanted a huge amount of money for. After checking and confirming that the big company was correct, not only did they not charge me for the extra work they did, but they got back to me with a significantly lower price. Then they came and got the job done in only 1 day; whereas the big company, with all their resources, said it would probably take 2-3 days, requiring permits, inspections, etc. And on top of it all, theyâ re really nice guys willing to offer clear explanations for any and all plumbing questions, readily willing to refer your business to another company if they feel itâ s outside of their competency areas. He came when he said he would, he was able to handle the Tenants very professional and he took control of this project knowing the importance.
