The first time they dug two places (including removing and replacing pavers) in the front to fix two underground leaks at an amazingly fair rate that was quoted on the phone. They also adjusted the timer for the sprinklers in the back that was not set properly and adjusted the sprinklers because the water also overflowed on the sidewalk. They did not charge! We had no idea this would not be on the final bill and did not expect this.
